To the McCarter Family, Please know that your mom will be greatly missed and mourned. She was a much loved lady. My parents were blessed to call her a friend. I personally always enjoyed visiting with Mrs. Virginia Ann when she came to the office. She didn’t give me as much trouble as Mr. McCarter did. My family and I send prayers of sympathy.
