Obituary of Dolly Mae Wright

Dolly Mae Riddle Wright, 75, widow of Michael Nathaniel “Mike” Wright, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, January 20, 2024.

Mrs. Wright was born in Greenville to the late Lonnie Olin Riddle and Margaret Ruth Godfrey Riddle.  She enjoyed fishing, dancing, singing, Karaoke, and old TV shows on TV Land.  Dolly loved people and was affectionately known as “Grandma Flossy” to many who knew her as well as her beloved grandchildren. 

Surviving are a son, Shane Wright with wife Michelle; two daughters, Kim Sprayberry with husband Doug, and Cindy Seyller with fiancé Craig; two brothers, Curtis Riddle and Lonnie Riddle with wife Joyce; nine grandchildren, Daniel Sprayberry with wife Megan, Courtney Sprayberry, Chris Sprayberry with wife Brittany, Lee Sprayberry, Ryan Sprayberry, Sean Mauldin, Chandler Wright, Chesney Wright and Jodi Humphries; four great-grandchildren, Noah, Sullivan, Nash and Abigail; and her beloved fur-baby “Honeybun”.  She was predeceased by three brothers, Lee Riddle, Sam Riddle, and Everette Riddle; and two sisters, Garrell Sanders and Dorothy Bryant.

A Celebration of Dolly’s Life will be 11 o’clock Friday at Fletcher Funeral Service, officiated by Rev. Walt Tanner.  The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service.
