I'm so sorry Elaine to hear of Louie's passing. I've known y'all for many years it seems like, and always enjoyed having y'all at our shows where we played, it was a pleasure to have you two in the audience. He was a gentlemen and scholar in my book. Please accept my deepest condolences. May he Rest In Peace.

He use to come by Mauldin Police Department back in the early 80s. Good man and Excellent Deputy! Rest in Peace Sir.

A good friend even before our Law Enforcement days. We always joked with each other because he talked me into coming with the City Police instead of the Sheriff’s Office. Shortly afterwards, he left the city and went to the county. We only saw each on occasions the past couple of years, but I knew he was a friend I could count on if I needed anything. RIP my friend, May God bless his family in this time of grief. I can’t be at at the funeral, but I will be there in spirit praying for his beautiful family.

So sorry to hear of Louie’s passing. I worked with him at the GSO for many years, and he was such a wonderful Christian roll model. Louie was the same every day, professional, pleasant, encouraging and a good friend. I’ll miss Louie! Gone but never forgotten! FMElliott
