Obituary of Laura Reynolds

Laura Belle Applegate Reynolds, 82, widow of Kenneth Lee Reynolds, Sr., went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, February 28, 2024.

Mrs. Reynolds was born in Arlington, MA to the late Harry Benjamin Applegate and Frances Sophia MacKenzie Applegate.  She retired from Spartanburg County School District.  Laura enjoyed crocheting, knitting and water aerobics.

Surviving are three sons, Kenny Reynolds with wife Terri, Kevin Reynolds with wife Susan, and Keith Reynolds with fiancé Valerie; and three grandchildren, Dr. Chelsea Reynolds, Connor Reynolds and Michelle Regin with husband Ben.  She was predeceased by two brothers, George Applegate and Harry “Junior” Applegate, Jr.; and three sisters, Ella Guker, Ada Denucci and Lily Maxwell.

A Celebration of Laura’s Life will be 12 noon on Saturday, March 9^th, at Fletcher Funeral Service in Woodruff.  The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
