Betty Jean Callicott Obituary

Betty Jean Standridge Callicott, 85, widow of Jack Eston Callicott, Sr., went to be with the Lord, Tuesday, March 19, 2024.


Mrs. Callicott was born in Pumpkintown to the late Cary Lee Standridge and Minnie Bell Gentry Standridge. She was a member of North Side Baptist Church. Betty was a loving mother and “Granny”.


Surviving, are a daughter, Lorry Green and husband Danny; two grandchildren, Mary Green Tedlock with husband Aaron and Lamar Callicott; two great-grandchildren, Joseph Callicott and Katelyn Callicott; a brother, Carroll Standridge; two sisters, Joyce Snell with husband Clyde and Mary Springston and a brother-in-law, Mike Wilkie. She was predeceased by a son, Jackie Callicott, Jr; two brothers, Junior Standridge and Cary Standridge and a sister, Alice Wilkie.


Graveside Services will be 2 o’clock Sunday at Greenhaven Memorial Gardens in Woodruff.
