Henry Wayne Lampley, Sr., 68, husband of the late Carolyn Faye Norton Lampley, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, July 30, 2024.

Mr. Lampley was born in Asheville, NC to the late Herbert Clarence Lampley and Geneva Ingle Lampley. He was the owner and operator of Atlas Pest Control. Henry enjoyed fishing and solving crossword puzzles. He cherished being "Paw" to his grandkids; especially when they served him his favorite treat...orange-vanilla icecream.

Surviving are a son, Henry Lampley, Jr. with wife Danielle; a daughter, Jessica Lampley; a brother, Thomas Lampley; two sisters, Nettie Lampley and Teresa Lampley; and nine grandchildren, Andrew Simmons, Kaiden Simmons, Madison Lampley, Kimberley Clark, Analynn Lampley, Holly McCall, Caroline Lampley, Maverick McCall and Savannah McCall. He was predeceased by a brother, Sput Lampley.

A Celebration of Henry’s Life will be 4 o’clock Saturday at Fletcher Funeral Service. The family will receive friends immediately following the service. Burial will be 1 o’clock Sunday in Paint Gap Baptist Church Cemetery in Mars Hill, NC.
