Frederick Gamble Obituary

George Frederick Gamble, 53, husband of Kimberly Jean Gamble for 15 years, went to be with the Lord on Friday, August 2, 2024.




Mr. Gamble was born in Greenville to Martha Fowler Gamble and the late Fred Gamble. He was a member of Bethel Hall Baptist Church in Laurens. Frederick enjoyed fishing and was an avid 49er’s fan. He enjoyed life, loved spending time with his family, friends and being “PopRocks” to his grandchildren. Frederick’s personality was full of charm, wit, and humor. He loved being social, and was known to “cut-up”, filling the room with laughter.




Surviving, in addition to his mother and wife are a son, Jordan Gamble (Catelynn); two daughters, Kiera Evans and Sara Paxton (Cole); six grandchildren, Callum Gamble, Adelynn Jones, Kayla Jones, Jacob Smith, Kayleigh Smith, and Adalynn Harvey; a sister, Greta Williams; a nephew, Sterling Williams; and a niece, Robyn Williams.
