Michael David Rodgers, 57, husband of Carolyn Renee Sharp Rodgers for 38 years, passed away on Wednesday, November 20, 2024.

Mike was born in Fountain Inn and one of three sons to Jack Vernon Rodgers and Beth Millstead Rodgers. Mike worked as a pipe welder for Jennings-Dill, Inc. and other companies during his career. He was an avid photographer and enjoyed spending time outdoors playing golf, fishing, and going to ball games. Mike also enjoyed music and playing his guitar.

Surviving in addition to his wife and parents, are two sons, Charlie Rodgers with wife Blake and Jimmy Rodgers; a God-daughter, Maddie Coxie; two brothers, John Rodgers with wife Stephanie and Matt Rodgers; and two granddaughters, Jade and Jemma Rodgers.

A celebration of Mike’s life will begin at 4 o’clock, Friday, November 22, 2024 at Fletcher Funeral Service. The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
