Obituary of Carol Sullivan

Carol Ann Christopher Sullivan, 62, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, January 7, 2025.

Ms. Sullivan was born in Greenville to the late James Reid Christopher and Mary Emma Whiten Christopher.  She was an alumna of Rutledge College and a retired bookkeeper.  Carol was a member of Daventon Baptist Church and loved her church family.  She was a fan of Clemson Tigers football and a collector of unicorn figurines.  Carol enjoyed writing poetry and making jewelry.  Her greatest joy was being “Nana” to Raelynn.

Surviving are a son, Mark Martin with wife Courtney; a sister, Jean Lauritzen with husband Mark; a granddaughter, Raelynn Martin; and a niece, Megan Krieger with husband Logan.

A celebration of Carol’s life will begin at 1 o’clock Sunday at Fletcher Funeral Service, officiated by Rev. Eric Blackerby.  The family will receive friends immediately following the service.  Burial will be private on Monday at Bethel United Methodist Church cemetery.
