Andy was truly the leader of the pack, the go-to guy, the first one to welcome the new guys and show them the "Ashmore" way. There are just no words to describe how special he was. He was so loved and will be missed more than words can say. I am just heartbroken. I'm praying for peace and comfort for all who knew Andy, especially for his family.
