John Andrew Spillers, 84, husband of Lucy Bolden Spillers, went to be with the Lord, Monday, October 9, 2017.

 

Mr. Spillers was born in Simpsonville to the late William Andrew and Grace McDonald Spillers.  He was a retired machine operator from Fiber Industries.

 

Surviving, in addition to his wife are a son, Steve Spillers; two daughters, Ann Lockhart and Mary Solesby (Michael); five grandchildren, Brittany Solesby Miller, Matthew Roberts, Chad Roberts, Abigail Spillers and Austin Spillers; three great-grandchildren, Matthew Miller, Evans Roberts and Benjamin Autry and two sisters, Thelma Jean Brendall (Lester) and Shirley Simmons (David).  He was predeceased by a sister, Elizabeth Dacus.

 

Visitation will be 11:30am-12:30pm at Fletcher Funeral Service.

 

Graveside services will be 1pm at Graceland East Cemetery.
