Obituary of Terry Virgil Ogles

Terry V. Ogles, 47, husband of Carmen Navarro Ogles, went to be with the Lord on Monday, January 29, 2018.

Mr. Ogles was born in West Helena, AR.  He was a graduate of the Gemology Institute of America and a jeweler and the owner of Ogles Designs.  Terry was a Star Wars fanatic and had an eclectic collection of memorabilia.  He coached baseball, raced jet skis, and raised turtles.  He was very artistic.  His love of music included playing the trumpet and guitar.

Surviving, in addition to his wife, are his mother, Sue Gann-Splady and husband Reagan; two sons, Ben Ogles and Pat Ogles; two brothers and their wives, Chris and Kate Ogles, and Ben and Cierra Ogles; two sisters, Jenny Ogles-Bahti, and Mary Rice and husband Ryan; and his stepmother, Shelia Ogles.  He was predeceased by his father, Lem Ogles.

Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Thursday at Fletcher Funeral Service.

A Celebration of Terry’s Life will be 3:30 p.m. Friday in the mausoleum chapel of Graceland East Cemetery, officiated by Rev. Eddie Howard.
