Obituary of Caroline Hudson Collins

Caroline Hudson Collins, 56, widow of Dennis Collins, went to be with the Lord on Monday, April 9, 2018.

Mrs. Collins was born in Laurens to the late Charles William Hudson and Carrie Lucille Coley Hudson. She loved supporting her father, her husband, and her son in their racing events. Her main love was being “Genny” to her grandbabies. 

Surviving are three sons, Tim Collins and wife Amber, Thomas Collins and fiancé Amanda Morgan, and Steven Collins; two daughters and their husbands, Susan and Ronnie Leopard, and Connie and Ramey Robinson; two brothers and their wives, Danny Ray and Libby Hudson, and Cary and Cathy Hudson; eight grandchildren, Hanna Leopard, Halie Leopard, Chace Eubanks, Charles Eubanks, Wesley Collins, Averie Collins, Makkon Collins and Kayson Collins; and a great-grandson, Charlie Leopard. She was predeceased by a brother, Ronnie Hudson; and a granddaughter, Natalie Collins.

Graveside services will be 3:30 p.m. Wednesday at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Laurens, officiated by Rev. Ronnie Blackwell.
