Obituary of Danilo Argos Tabanero

Danilo Argos Tabanera, 57, of Fountain Inn SC passed away Friday, April 13, 2018 in Lexington SC.

Mr. Tabanera was born December 12, 1960 in Cebu City, Philippines to Demetrio and Lourdes Argos Tabanera. His family moved to Morgantown, WV in his early childhood. He graduated from West Virginia University with a bachelors degree in Physical Education. He served in the army reserves from 1983 to 1989. He moved to South Carolina in 1994, and has lived here since.  He worked for Magna Drive Automotive as a metal finisher. Dan loved fishing, bowling and playing tennis. One of his greatest joys was being a dad and grandpa.

Surviving, in addition to his parents are two daughters, Brittany with fiancé Tyler Spillers and Kristen Tabanera; a brother, Dennis Tabanera; a sister, Leila Tomer and a grandson, Carter Spillers.

A memorial service will be held 11:30am Saturday at Fletcher Funeral Service.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
