Obituary of John Bruce Henderson

John Bruce Henderson, 90, of Simpsonville, passed away on Wednesday, May 9, 2018.

Mr. Henderson was born in Greenville to the late Jacob Noah Henderson and Lillie Mae Burger Henderson.  He retired from John D. Hollingsworth and was a Korean War veteran of the U.S. Air Force. 

Surviving are four nieces: Susan Poss, Terry Griffin and husband Carroll, Leila Carter, and Betty Sweat and husband Wayman; and two nephews, Richard Henderson and Michael Henderson.  He was predeceased by four brothers: Claude Henderson, Ralph Henderson, Herbert Henderson and Kenneth Henderson; and a twin-sister, Violet Henderson Carter Evans.

Graveside services, with Military Honors, will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Woodlawn Memorial Park.
