Obituary of Daniel Lang Woods

Daniel Lang Woods Sr., 40, husband of Jessica Denise Ashley, died Thursday, May 10, 2018.

Mr. Woods was born in Greenville to the late Danny Lang Woods and Evelyn Rebecca “Becky” Bryant Woods.  He worked at Howard’s Paint & Body.  Daniel raised Koi fish and enjoyed restoring his 1992 Silverado.

Surviving, in addition to his wife, are two sons, D.J. Woods and Trenton Woods; a daughter, Denise Woods; two sisters and their husbands, Hope and Steven Madden, and Mandy and Timmy Simmons; and several nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Daniel’s Life will be 6 p.m. Tuesday at Fletcher Funeral Service, officiated by Rev. Mark McCall.  Burial will be 3 p.m. Wednesday in Cannon Memorial Park.

The family is at the home of Hope and Steven Madden, 212 Garrett Street in Fountain Inn.
