Dale Steven Hopkins, Sr., 75, husband of Barbara James Hopkins, went to be with the Lord, Monday, August 29, 2016.
Mr. Hopkins was born December 3, 1940 in Royston, Ga. to the late Lloyd S. and Addie Lunsford Hopkins. He was a member of First Baptist Church Mauldin.
Surviving, in addition to his wife are a son, Dale Steven Hopkins, Jr. (Amy); a daughter, Sandra Hopkins Cole (Tracey); four grandchildren, Brandon, Jordan and Steven Adams and Madeleine Hopkins and a sister, Margaret Andrews. He was predeceased by two sisters, Virginia Cannady and Hilda Ferber.
Memorial services will be 3 p.m. Friday at First Baptist Church Mauldin. The family will receive friends one and a half hours prior to the service.
