Obituary of Brantley Justin Smith

Brantley Justin Smith, 2, went to be with the Lord, Saturday, June 30, 2018.

 

Brantley was born in Laurens to Justin Claude Smith and Jessica Fowler Smith.  He enjoyed watching “Blue Boy” on PJ Mask and Spiderman.  He loved digging in the dirt, worms, frogs and dogs.

 

Surviving, in addition to his parents are two brothers, Bobby Smith and Brian Smith; maternal grandparents, Bobby and Cheryl Fowler; maternal great-grandmother, Joan Hardesty; four uncles, Dennis Alexander (Summer Sinecoff), Michael Alexander, Keith Smith and Jamie Smith (Melissa); six aunts, Melissa Alexander, Ashley Landreth (Jay), Jordan Fowler (Benji Franks), Melissa Richards, Michele Rollins and Lisa Smith and numerous cousins.  He was predeceased by his maternal grandmother, Sarah Holcombe Fowler and paternal grandparents, Claudie Smith and Sandra Smith.

 

A Celebration of Brantley’s life will be 1pm Friday at Rabun Creek Baptist Church.  Burial will follow at Gray Court City Cemetery.  The family will receive friends 2 hours prior to the service.

 

Memorials may be made to The Julie Valentine Center, 2905 White Horse Road, Greenville, SC 29611 or to a charity of one’s choice for abused children.
