Obituary of Amanda Denean Stewart

Amanda Denean Cooper Stewart, 54, wife of William “Bill” Wilton Stewart, went to be with the Lord on Friday, November 23, 2018.

Mrs. Stewart was born in Greenville to the late Lawrence “Buster” Cooper and Sallie Mayfield Cooper.  She was a graduate of Greenville Technical College and served with the Belmont Fire Department.  Amanda loved sports, dancing, and photography.  She was truly a joyful, fun-loving spirit and an exceptional prankster.

Surviving, in addition to her husband, is a son, Matt Stewart; a sister, Setora Snow and her husband Ralph; and her beloved lab “Sam.”

A Celebration of Amanda’s Life will be 2pm Sunday at Presbyterian Fellowship of Fountain Inn, officiated by Rev. Shawn Hevener.  The family will receive friends at the church following the service.
