Obituary of William Edward Johnson

William Edward “Ed” Johnson, 84, went to be with the Lord, Wednesday, April 24, 2019.
Mr. Johnson was born in Whitmire to the late Mattie Mae Johnson Canupp. He loved dirt track racing and working on heavy equipment.
Surviving, are two sons, Johnny Johnson (Anita) and Daniel Johnson (Jessica); seven grandchildren, Lily Wooten, Landen Wooten, Layla Wooten, Brittany Johnson, Dylan Johnson, Sylena Johnson and Kila Johnson; three great-grandchildren, Asher Sportsman, Cole Sportsman and Emmett Kacin; a brother, Jo Canupp and his beloved dog, “Dash”. He was predeceased by a sister, Sally “Blondie” Williams.
Services will be private.
