Tamara was a very special person, I learned so much from her. She was President of the Board of the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Big Flats and she worked so hard for us. She was very intelligent and got things done always fighting the good fight and for those who had no voice.. we had a special connection and became friends. I admired her devotion to Emily and Sara , it was evident they loved her so much and I loved that they called her "ya Ya" Tamara supported her sister through her illness and I could hardly believe it when Tamara was diagnosed with breast cancer also. Tamara was such a positive influence on Noel after his mom died, I hope Noel finds his way, so much loss, he was a great addition to the fellowship also. I was sad for Tamara when her girls moved away and sooooo glad she got to spend the the last years of her life with them. She was very private about her journey but I know she endured soo much. I admire her so much and miss her dearly.
