Obituary of Frances Seaborn Curlee

Frances Seaborn Curlee, 88, widow of Jack Howard Curlee, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, March 22, 2020. Mrs. Curlee was born in Six Mile to the late Dee Charles Seaborn and Dulcenia Puckett Seaborn. She was a member of Five Forks Baptist Church and the Eastern Star. She was an alumna of the Melbourne Academy of Cosmetology and retired as the owner of Frances’ Beauty Shop. Frances loved gardening and working outdoors. Surviving are two sons, Michael Curlee (Karin) and Jack Curlee; a brother, James Seaborn; two sisters, Ruth Craig and Eloise Seciliot; four grandchildren, Marc Curlee (Tracy), Jennifer Hamrick (James), Jeremy Curlee (Ashley) and Patrick Curlee (Angela); and eleven great-grandchildren, Zackary, Austin, Harrison, Garrett, Jase, Kaylee, Sarah, Aiden, Dawson, Isabell and Raylon;. She was predeceased by four brothers, Carl Seaborn, Ralph Seaborn, Charles Seaborn, and Benjamin Seaborn; and five sisters, Vera Griffin, Winnona Gillespie, Audrey Davis, Grace Carrere, and Eula Dorsey. The family will receive friends 11-12 p.m. Thursday at Fletcher Funeral Service. Services will be 1 p.m. Thursday in the mausoleum chapel at Graceland East Memorial Park.
