Betty Freeman Obituary
Betty Jones Freeman, 73, of Mauldin, wife of Lesley Ronnie Freeman, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, November 11, 2016.
A native of Greenville County and daughter of the late Horace E. and Lois Garrett Jones, she loved her family above all and also enjoyed cooking, gardening and singing.
In addition to her husband, she was survived by one son, Sammy Lynn Freeman (Caryn) of Greer and 2 grandchildren, Samuel “Garrett” Freeman and Savannah Deal Freeman of Atlanta. She was a Charter Member of Hopewell United Methodist Church.
She was predeceased by her beloved son, Douglas Edmond Freeman.
Visitation will be held on Monday from 6:00 –7:30 pm at Fletcher Funeral Home, Fountain Inn. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday at 3:00 p.m. at Hopewell United Methodist Church, Simpsonville with burial to follow.
The family will be at the home.
Memorials may be made to Hopewell United Methodist Church.
