Obituary of Boyce Allen Clardy

Boyce A. Clardy passed away July 24,2016. Born August 4, 1939 in Liberty, he moved to Simpsonville in 1975 and was the Owner of Hillcrest Motors. He loved people, enjoyed work, and was a faithful member of The Church of God his entire life. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Edna Swords Clardy, daughter Wanda Clardy-Sherbert (Johnny), son Allen Clardy (Karen), six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. He is survived by three brothers, Kenneth Clardy (Dot), William “Skeet” Clardy (Mary), Wayne Clardy (Marsha); and three sisters JoAnne McKee (Roy), Jane Kay (David), and Barbara Rampey (Larry). He was predeceased by one brother, Daniel Clardy. Visitation will be held Monday, July 25th at Fletcher Funeral home in Fountain Inn from 5-7pm. Funeral services will be held at Simpsonville Church of God on Tuesday, July 26th at 10am with the burial immediately following the service at Graceland East Cemetery on Woodruff Road.
