Obituary of Ethan Brenner Tingle

Ethan Brenner Tingle, 19, son of Katherine “Katie” O’Connell Owens and Stewart “Jacks” Tingle, went to be with the Lord on Friday, July 10th, 2020. Ethan was born in Greenville and grew up in the Taylors area. He was a 2019 graduate of Riverside High school and former Sous Chef at The Farehouse in Taylors, S.C. Ethan enjoyed skateboarding, photography, and traveling. He also had a passionate interest in culinary arts, cinema and collecting shoes. With a giant heart, Ethan loved his family and friends. He cherished most, the special bond between he and his sister, Ellory. Surviving, in addition to his parents, is his sister, Ellory Tingle; maternal grandparents, Michael and Linda O’Connell; paternal grandparents, Jacks and Deborah Tingle; three aunts, Shannon King, Erin Few (David) and Jessica Richie (Bob); an uncle, Mike O’Connell (Kim); eight cousins, Taylor King, Zach King, Mason King, Morgan King, Jake Few, Emma Few, Mac Richey and Audrey Richey. A graveside service will be held 10am Tuesday at Tigerville Baptist Church Cemetery, 7845 North Tigerville Road, Tigerville, S.C. In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations to be made to the Greer Soup Kitchen, PO Box 2344 Greer, S.C. 29652.
