Donald Charles “Charlie” Rider, 68, husband of the late Kathy Elizabeth Sizemore Rider, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, September 12th, 2020.
Mr. Rider was born in Hagerstown, MD to the late Donald Rex Rider and Dolly Jeannette Madison Rider. He retired from Kemet Electronics and was an Eagle Scout in the Boy Scouts. Charlie enjoyed the outdoors, working on cars, and spending time with family.
Surviving are a son, Ashley Rider; two daughters, Jessica Williams and husband Lawrence, and Elizabeth Rider and husband Sam Sanchez; and eight grandchildren, Braylon Williams, Grant Rider, Garrett Rider, Lucio Williams, Julian Sanchez, Isaak Williams, Alex Sanchez and Nicolas Sanchez. He was predeceased by a sister, Donna Palmer.
Memorial Services will be 3 o’clock Thursday in the mausoleum chapel at Greenville Memorial Gardens.
