Ramon Eduardo Medina Peñafiel amado esposo de Cleotilde de Medina pasó a mejor vida con el Señor Jesucristo el 22 de Septiembre, 2020. Ramon nació en la ciudad de Guayaquil, Ecuador el 11 de Abril de 1946. Sus padres fuerón Carlos Medina y Blanca Diaz. Fue miembro de la Iglesia Pentecostal Unida Lationamericana de Laurens y fiel seguidor de Cristo. Su pasión fue anunciar el Evangelio de Jesucristo. Su pasatiempo era jugar con carros de control remoto y helicopteros. Le gustaba tomar fotos y videos y ahora podemos verlo y recordarlo en nuestra memoria. El amor que tenía por su familia era incondicional, y nunca dudaba ayudar a quién lo necesitaba. Es imposible no estar triste, su ausencia nos duele, pero su recuerdo quedara en nuestro corazón. Le sobreviven su esposa, Cleotilde; sus hijos: Rocio Ramirez, Carlos Medina y Leslye Medina; nueve nietos: Alita Arcos, Jorge Arcos, Dominique Arcos, Charles DeLeon, Rony Ramirez Jr., Adrian Medina, Eduardo Medina, Alejandro Medina y Valeria Brito; tres bisnietas: Leah Cruz, Martina Ortiz y Sophia Ortiz; tres hijos politicos: Jorge Arcos, Rony Ramirez y Rubiela Medina; cinco hermanas: Sandra Lechuga (Manuel), Maria Garcia (Marcos), BellaVelez (Arturo), Lorena Murrieta (Jorge) y Anabel Diaz; primos, sobrinos: y su primera hija, Alic Medina, fallecida. Ramon Eduardo Medina, loving husband of Cleotilde de Medina, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, September 22, 2020. Ramon was born in Guayaquil, Ecuador to the late Carlos Medina and Blanca Diaz on April 11, 1946. He was a member of IPUL of Laurens, a faithful follower of Christ. His passion was to spread the gospel. His hobby was to play RC nitro cars and helicopters. He enjoyed taking pictures and filming videos, and now we can always see and remember him. The love he had for his family was unconditional, and he never hesitated to help anyone in need. It is impossible not to be sad as his absence weighs heavy on our hearts, but his memory will always make us smile. In addition to his wife, Ramon is survived by his children Rocio Ramirez, Carlos Medina and Leslye Medina; nine grandchildren, Alita Arcos, Jorge Arcos, Dominique Arcos, Charles Deleon, Rony Ramirez, Adrian Medina, Eduardo Medina, Alejandro Medina, and Valeria Brito Medina; three great-grandchildren, Leah Cruz, Martina Ortiz and Sophia Ortiz; two sons- and one daughter-in-law Jorge Arcos, Rony Ramirez y Rubiela Medina; five sisters Sandra (Manuel) Lechuga, Maria (Marcos) Garcia, Bella (Arturo) Velez, Lorena (George) Murrieta and Anabel Diaz, as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his eldest daughter, Alic Medina. The Medina family will honor his memory on Wednesday, September 30, 2020 at Fletcher Funeral Service from 4-9 pm. Thursday, October 1st, 2020, from 4-9pm, with a Memorial Service starting at 7:30 pm at Fletcher Funeral Service. Burial will be held on Friday, October 2nd, 2020, at Cannon Memorial Park at 11:00 am.
