Obituary of Sara Ann Thackston Dunn

Sara Ann Thackston Dunn, 84, widow of William Jamel Dunn, went to be with the Lord, Monday, October 26, 2020.
Mrs. Dunn was born in Fountain Inn to the late Jesse Dacus Thackston and Kate Waddell Thackston. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister and was of the Baptist faith.
Surviving, are three sons, Richard Dunn (Wendy), Scott Dunn, and Brian Dunn (Maria); a daughter, Tina Wilson (Johnny); five grandchildren, Nicholas Wilson (Jessica), Chase Dunn (Clarissa), Brandon Dunn, Jordan Dunn (Kelsey) and Alexandria McKay (James); five great-grandchildren, Dexter , Teagan, Emmie and Lizzie Dunn and Ryan McKay; two brothers, Jack Thackston and Preston Thackston (Sue); three sisters, Marjean McRoberts (Bill), Peggy Woods (David) and Margaret Foster; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Jim & Marcy Sellars; a special friend, Glenda Wilson and her beloved dog, Tucker. She was predeceased by a granddaughter, Lauren Wilson; three brothers, Ted, Roy and Jim Thackston and a sister, Mary Cook.
Funeral Services will be 3:30pm Wednesday in the mausoleum chapel at Cannon Memorial Park.
