Obituary of Ricky Nesbitt Norris

Ricky Nesbitt Norris, 63, went to be with the Lord on Friday, November 27, 2020. Mr. Norris was born in Greenville to the late John Henry Norris and Sara Elizabeth Pearson Norris. Following the early deaths of his parents, he was raised by Eddie Hudson. Ricky loved racing, building racing cars, and watching NASCAR. He enjoyed spending time with family. Surviving, in addition to Eddie, are three brothers, Ronnie Norris, Eddie Joe Hudson, and Dallas Hudson; a sister, Maggie Peace; three nephews, Toby Vickery (Breanna), Michael Vickery, and Noah Abercrombie; and three nieces, Beverly Abercrombie, Sarah Norris, and Rose Norris. A Celebration of Ricky’s Life will be 12 noon Monday at Fletcher Funeral Service, followed by burial in Cannon Memorial Park. The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service.
