Obituary of Deborah Barber McBride

Deborah “Debbie” Elaine Barber McBride, 59, widow of Arthur “Frank” McBride Jr., went to be with the Lord on Monday, December 21, 2020.
Mrs. McBride was born in Atlanta, GA to Richard Sidney Barber and Sandra Diane Moss Jordan. She was a member of Tanglewood Baptist Church. Debbie enjoyed crafts, knitting, classic black & white movies and spending time with her daughters. She will be remembered most for the fierce love she had for her husband and children. A devout Christian, her compassion for those in need always outweighed her own.
Surviving, in addition to her parents, are two daughters, Christina McBride and wife Christine, and Jennifer Krueger and husband Neil; a brother, Michael Barber and wife Cindy; and a sister, Tammy Barber. She was predeceased by a brother, Sidney Barber.
Visitation will be 1-2:30 pm Wednesday at Fletcher Funeral Service.
Graveside services will be 3 pm Wednesday at Graceland East Memorial Park.
