Obituary of Michael "Bobby" Lockey

Michael Douglas “Bobby” Lockey, 69, husband of April Denise Davenport Lockey, passed away Saturday, December 26, 2020. Mr. Lockey was born in Bennettsville, SC to the late Woodrow Lockey and Flora Edith Sanders Lockey. He was the owner and operator of Lockey’s Towing. Bobby loved his family and enjoyed fishing, horses, motorcycles and working. He was a proud “PaPa Bobby”. Surviving, in addition to his wife, are six daughters, Mollie Shephard, Lori Lockey, Joy Lockey, Katelin Davenport, and twins Kourtney and Alexus; two sisters, Janice Lockey and Judy Bowen; seven grandchildren, Elizabeth Beane, William Bowman, Jessica Getts, Kandi Bowman, Camille Neves, Noah and Aubri; and six great-grandchildren, Levi Aiken, Logan Aiken, Haiden Beane, Harmony Beane, Rilley Bowman and Jayda Bible. He was predeceased by two brothers, Tony Lockey and Kenny Lockey; and a sister, Joyce Strickland. A Celebration of Bobby’s Life will be held at a later date.
