Obituary of Jimmy Lee Tollison

Jimmy Lee Tollison, 73, went to be with the Lord on Monday, January 11, 2021. Mr. Tollison was born in Honea Path to the late Clyde Norman Tollison and Florence Elethia Harvey Tollison. He retired from Cryovac. He was a member of the Fountain Inn Church of God of Prophecy and attended Emmanuel Praise and Worship Center. Jimmy enjoyed fishing and trips to the jockey lot, but his main joy was being PaPa to his grandchildren. Surviving are three sons, Brian Tollison, Kevin Tollison and wife Angie, and Joey Tollison and wife Lisa; a daughter, Jennifer Tollison; the mother of his children, Louise Tollison; two brothers and their wives, Norman and Nancy Tollison, and Ed and Frankie Tollison; two sisters, Dot Boyter and his twin Barbara Overton; and nine grandchildren, Matthew Tollison, Whitney Tollison, Harlee Gault and fiancé Ben Stone, Dylan Gault, Spencer Tollison, Will Tollison, Glenn Tollison, Ben Tollison and Kaylee Tollison. He was predeceased by a grandson, James Kaleb Tollison. Funeral services will be 2 o’clock Thursday at Fletcher Funeral Service. Burial will be in Fountain Inn City Cemetery. The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service. Memorials may be made to the Shriner’s Hospital for Children, 950 W. Faris Road, Greenville, SC 29605.
