Obituary of Angelia Smith Adams

Angelia “Angie” Rena Smith Adams, 45, wife of Joseph “Joey” Adams, Jr., for 27 years, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, January 17, 2021. Mrs. Adams was born in Greenville to Betty Woodson Smith and the late Leroy Owens Smith. She was a member of Hickory Tavern Church of God and was an in- home healthcare CNA for Elite Home Health Services in Laurens, SC. Angie enjoyed spending time with her family and going to the mountains. Surviving in addition to her husband are three sons, Joseph Adams, Jr. and wife Rachel, Justin “Jae” Adams, and Joshua “Josh” Adams and fiancé Morgan; one brother, Johnny Smith and wife Tammy; six grandchildren, Brennan Adams, Colten Adams, and “Baby A”; three sisters in-law, Kristina Adams, Kim McCall and husband Carl, and Tinnie Blake; one brother in-law, Michael Adams and wife Janet; seven nephews, Jimmy Smith, lil Johnny Smith, Zack Smith, Isaiah Smith, Richard Palmer, Michael Adams, Richard Smith; five nieces, Hope Smith with husband Dustin, Sierra Smith, and Savannah Smith; seven great nephews, Dustin Smith, Jr. Mikey McCall, Christopher Moon, Jackson Smith, James Smith, Liam Smith; four great nieces, Alexis Smith, Angeila Smith, Valention Colaizzo and Kayleigh Smith. Family will receive friends 1-3pm Sunday at Fletcher Funeral Service. Funeral services will be 3pm Sunday at Fletcher Funeral Service officiated by Pastor Chad Jordan. Burial will follow at Cannon Memorial Park.
