Obituary of Paul Franklin Samples

Paul Franklin Samples, 73, widower of Norma Jean Johnson Samples, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, February 6, 2021.
Mr. Samples was born in Clinton, SC to the late Wilford B. Samples and Bessie Quinn Samples. Paul enjoyed fishing, hunting and being outdoors when he could.
Surviving are a son, Donnie Samples and wife Cortney; a daughter, Frankie Samples; and five grandchildren, Kayla Shockley, Charles Samples, Hannah Samples, Justin Hunt, and Kali Samples; and one great-grandson, Elijah Spelts.
He was predeceased by a son, Paul Lee Samples; and four brothers, Sammy Samples, Smokey Samples, Durrell “Dee” Samples and Furman Samples.
The family will receive friends from 5-7pm Thursday, February 11, 2021 at Fletcher Funeral Service.
A graveside service will be 3pm Friday, February 12, 2021 at Rosemont Cemetery, officiated by Mr. Robbie Hughes.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to his caretaker, Cortney Samples, for the loving care given to Paul.
