Obituary of James Eugene Headrick, Jr.

James Eugene Headrick, Jr., 64, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, April 14, 2021. Mr. Headrick, Jr. was born in Laurens, SC to the late James Eugene Headrick, Sr. and Betty Ruth Bridges Headrick Maness. He was a member of First Baptist Church Joanna and was a competing Body Builder. Surviving are two sons, Zack Headrick and Clay Headrick; two sisters, June Oakes and Jan Simmons; four grandchildren, Hunter, Jameson, Ellie and Parker. He was predeceased by a brother, Clay Headrick. The family will receive friends from 6-8pm Thursday at Fletcher Funeral Service. A Celebration of Life will be 11 o’clock Friday at Fletcher Funeral Service, officiated by Rev. Buddy Bridges and Rev. Randy Honeycutt. Burial will follow in Rosemont Cemetery in Clinton, SC.
