Obituary of Robert James Trembley, Sr.

Robert James “Bob” Trembley, Sr., 78, husband of MaryLou Swan Trembley for 31 years, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, May 22, 2021. Mr. Trembley was born in Lockport, New York to the late James Clarence Trembley and Florence Laubacker Trembley. He enjoyed shopping at thrift stores and the Jockey Lot, collecting rare ornaments when he found them. He was a tinkerer and worked on rebuilding lawn mowers. Bob loved talking with people and enjoyed an opportunity to smoke his pipe. Surviving, in addition to his wife, are two sons, Bobby Trembley, Jr. and John Licinio III; three daughters, Laura Fortunato and husband Jody, Lisa Ryan and husband Bob, and Kathy Jones; two sisters, Jane Zeh and husband Vinny, and Joan Trembley; and eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his first wife, Peggy Trembley; a son, Mark Licinio; and a son-in-law, Ron Jones. A Celebration of Bob’s Life will be 12 noon Wednesday at Fletcher Funeral Service. Burial will be in Cannon Memorial Park.
