William “Billy” Forrest Franks, 63, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, June 8, 2021.
Mr. Franks was born in Simpsonville to the late Forrest William Franks and Sara Thomason. Billy enjoyed being outdoors and going fishing and hunting.
Surviving is a brother, Michael Franks; two sisters, Tammy Gibson and Melissa Suttles; two nephews, Ricky Gibson, Jr. and wife Tiffany, and Cory Suttles; three nieces, Michelle Franks, Tabitha Gibson Bumgarner and husband Jonathon, and Ashley Hinojos and husband Ernesto.
