John, Shannon, and families,
Anyone who knew your mom loved her, they didn’t have a choice. Her personality was so big, yet so loving. I remember every time she came into the office she had hugs for everyone, especially mom and dad. They really loved her. They had a soft spot for her in their hearts from when they double dated with her brother Jack. Shelby would beg to go too. Dad said Shelby promised not to tell Aunt Marcelle or Uncle Bob where they went or what they did. Daddy said they could usually make her happy with a pack of gum, but she had to hide it from her other brothers.
She was so proud of her family. She always bragged on what all of you were doing. The granddaughters were especially her heart. Please know that we will be praying for you. The coming holidays will be especially hard, but with the love of friends, family, and God, y’all will survive. Please don’t hesitate to call if there is anything I can do to help.
