After working with Cindy and Lynn at ALEXCO for many years, I retired. Only in the last few years I got to know Mr. Joe while our friend, Rebecca Miller, helped with care of Mr. Joe and would bring him to see us. He seemed to love to sit on the porch and tell Jim his "war stories" and other stories! Cindy, we know you will miss your dad so much. We know and understand. I've so enjoyed the Facebook posts of Mr. Joe and his two red-headed great grands, your grands! Blessings to you and all the family as you grieve the passing of Mr. Joe.

To all of you who made up the Joe Howard family, I want you to know that you are in our prayers and in our hearts. Joe was always a joyful fellow to be around. He had a good sense of humor and a loving spirit. I shall always cherish my memories of him and all of you who make up his family. God bless you. God put His arms of comfort and mercy around you.
