Mrs. Blackstone was so very special to me and the rest of our family. The memories of being neighbors in West Columbia to all the visits to Slidell LA. and Montgomery AL. There are people in our lives that make everlasting impressions. Mrs. Blackstone and Mr. Blackstone where those people in my life. Like I've read from others she was the classic Southern Lady! I always felt like I was part of the family when I was in their home. Not to mention all the fine meals, laugher and even laundry she did when Marc and I would come to visit when we were at Southern Miss. The memories go on and on! My thoughts and prayers are with Marc, Jill, Susan and Glenn and their families.
