Carroll, I am so sorry to hear of Mary’s passing. She was such a lovely lady. She certainly loved you, her boys & her grandchildren. I enjoyed working with Mary at Mountain Creek Baptist Church. When something would go wrong, she would often say, “ah, it ain’t nothing but a thang”. I have often quoted her when things go wrong or just not what we had hoped for. Actually, I just quoted her to someone a couple of weeks ago. She was always very pleasant, helpful & loving to everyone. May The Lord bless you & your family as you grieve Mary’s loss. Dear Mr. Carroll and family— We are so sad to hear of the passing of sweet Mrs. Mary. But rejoicing that she is in the presence of her Heavenly Father, whom she loved and served wholeheartedly. Carroll and family, I am sorry to hear of Mary's passing. She was a dear, sweet lady. We enjoyed knowing you both for years at Standing Springs, and the years we were neighbors on Lee Vaughn Rd. To Mr. Poole and all the family! My sincere condolences to you on the passing of Mrs. Poole! I am 65 and my memories with her go as far back to when I was 16! I was blessed to work with her in the daycare center at Standing Springs Baptist Church. I learned so much from her as a young person. She was there at all times for me. She was a beautiful example of a Godly, Christian lady!
