When I was young it was always so much fun when my Aunt Lois came over. Tons of laughter. The Christmas my grandmother passed, she bought all my presents. She made a yellow lace dress for me when I was 9 years old to wear at my baptism. But the funniest memory I have of her was one Sunday afternoon. She came out of the kitchen with her hands on her and loudly said, " I want to know who in this house has been drinking wine!?" My grandpa along with me and my mother burst into laughter. She didn't think it was funny. You see, that was the year our local store had gotten a vending machine. And since they were all closed on Sundays, we liked to go get a soda. It was a big adventure for us, and my favorite drink was something new they had just come out with. It was called Cheerwine. You are very missed Lois. But I know you are having a wonderful reunion in heaven. See you again soon.

Though we never met, there was no need. I know you by my grandfather ( sweet Boo, as she called him ) and my grandmother. I loved you for all things I heard about you as well as my entire family. You lived a beautiful life. Blessed many and I know you’re sitting in all pink with your loved ones. Rest easy sweetie, as everyone will be together one day, after all.

Such a precious woman of God! To know that her faith has made her whole and now she has seen the glory that we must wait for a bit longer.
Kathy, sending Covid-Free hugs and lots of love to you, sweet friend. Such a sweet end of life gift you all have her!

We were so blessed to have had sweet Mama this long, for sure, Sheila. And I'm tickled she got to see 'the glory' before I did....that was her one wish after Randy passed, that she would not have to endure the pain of losing another child before she died. Thanking God for His timing and His wondrous love....thank you for the sweet and kind words!

Kathy and Robby, we are so saddened to hear about Mrs. Lois. She was a wonderful neighbor and friend for many, many years.
Praying for peace and comfort for the family as you prepare to lay her to rest. May your sweet memories sustain you and get you through rough times.

A beautiful pink candle for Mama who loved everything pink. She will lay at rest in a pink suit with a pink corsage, in a pink pillowed casket with a spray of pink roses and lilies. Mama, how we will miss your sweet voice, words of wisdom and encouragement, and your presence in our daily lives. Thank you for loving us all so much and teaching us by example how to show the love of Jesus.
